Privacy policy
This policy describes how LO Digital LLC (“the company”, “we”) handles personal information on this corporate website and, at group level, across the apparel stores we operate. Individual store checkouts may present a short notice that points back here.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is LO Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, EIN 98-1968427, principal office at 525 Randall Ave, Ste 100-1369, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States. Contact: privacy matters via lodigital@support.com or +39 350 811 0796.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact data you send through the form or email: name, email address, message content.
- Order data on our stores: shipping name and address, items purchased, payment reference (we do not store full card numbers; processors do).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Communications with customer support and with banks or vendors when you write as a counterparty.
3. Why we use it
- To answer inquiries and provide documents to banks, processors, and vendors.
- To fulfill clothing orders, ship goods, handle returns, and prevent fraud.
- To keep this site working, measure traffic, and secure our systems.
- To meet tax, accounting, and legal duties in the United States and in markets where we sell.
4. Legal bases
Where a privacy law requires a basis, we rely on performance of a contract (orders), legitimate interests (running a retail group, securing the site, answering corporate mail), consent (non-essential cookies, if used), and legal obligation (tax and recordkeeping).
5. Sharing
We share information with shipping carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, accountants, and lawyers who work for the company. We share information with banks and regulators when required to open or maintain accounts or to answer a lawful request. We do not sell personal information.
6. Retention
Corporate inquiries are kept as long as needed to complete the request and for a reasonable archive. Order and tax records are kept for the period required by United States tax rules and by the laws of the markets where we sell, then deleted or anonymized.
7. International transfers
The company is formed in Wyoming. Stores serve customers in several countries. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our vendors operate. We use contracts and access limits when we send personal data out of the country where it was collected.
8. Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and states with consumer privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a refusal. Write to lodigital@support.com.
9. Children
This corporate site and our stores are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. Changes
We will post updates on this page with a new effective date.
