These terms govern the corporate website of LO Digital LLC. They do not replace the checkout terms of an individual store. If you buy clothing, the store’s order terms and the returns policy also apply.
1. The company
This site is published by LO Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, EIN 98-1968427, principal office 525 Randall Ave, Ste 100-1369, Cheyenne, WY 82001. Store brands such as PunkStore, FreelexStore, and CardoStore are businesses of the company. They are not separate legal entities unless we say otherwise in writing.
2. What this site is for
This website describes the company, its stores, and its legal details. It is not a shop. Product prices, stock, and checkout are on the store sites.
3. Acceptable use
You may read and share public pages with attribution. You may not scrape the site in a way that burdens our servers, attempt to break security, or use company marks to imply a partnership that does not exist.
4. Accuracy of corporate facts
The corporate record is aligned to the Wyoming Articles of Organization, the IRS Letter 147C, and the Operating Agreement. If a bank form disagrees with that page, use the page and the underlying document. Tell us at lodigital@support.com if you find a mismatch.
5. Intellectual property
The LO Digital name, the house brand names, and the contents of this site belong to the company or its licensors. You receive no license except to view the pages.
6. Disclaimer
This site is provided as a corporate information service. It is not legal, tax, or investment advice. We work to keep facts current; formation records at the Wyoming Secretary of State and IRS notices control if there is a conflict we have not yet posted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LO Digital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this corporate site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes about this corporate website, except that a consumer purchase is governed by the store terms and by consumer law in the place of sale where that law cannot be waived.
